About Jay Street Music Studio
Jay Street Music Studio is a teaching studio with an
emphasis on music reading and music theory. We
specialize in classical guitar training. We also offer
instruction for acoustic, electric, and bass guitar, as
well as beginning piano. Our mission is to develop
well rounded musicians who are not only proficient in
their chosen instrument, but also in performance and
general music theory. This is accomplished by having
all students read music, study music theory, and gain
experience with solo and ensemble performing. By
performing together with other students, teachers, and
local musicians, the students gain real world
experience with music.
