Jay Street Music is pleased to announce the expansion
of the downtown Schenectady location. The expanded
shop is a cooperative space with Mohawk Valley
Guitars. Luthiers Mark Pelkey and Eric Marczak will be
making guitars, holding lutherie classes, and doing repairs
and vintage restoration of stringed instruments on
premises. Jay Street Music will be the exclusive retailer
of hand made Classical, Acoustic, and Electric guitars
from Mohawk Valley Guitars, as well as hard to find
strings, accessories, and much more.
Jay Street Music Studio will continue to offer top
quality music instruction. The lesson studios are
expanding to include a wider variety of instruments, as
well as preschool  music classes with Lisa Russo.
